This wine shows the good adaptation of the Cabernet Sauvignon (85%) and Grenache (15%) to our “La Fabulina” vineyards on the “Cal Costas” estate. Pellicular maceration at a very low temperature. Separation of the must and slow fermentation at controlled temperature.
Medium ruby. Intense aromas of quince and red fruit compote. Dry, with good fruit flavor and some herbal notes. Structured, balanced with nice finish and good length.
