Attractive blending of native (Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada).This wine shows the good adaptation of the varieties Xarel.lo, Macabeo and Parellada to our vineyards on the “Baltana Vella” estate. Pellicular maceration at a very low temperature. Separation of the must and slow fermentation at controlled temperature.

WINE TASTING
|
Golden yellow colour with green tints. Shining. It has a complex elegant bouquet. Fresh and wide, with notes of flowers and fruit. First it is soft when tasted, oily, expressive and fresh. Mineral on the palate and lively aftertaste. Very pleasant.
